Dear Friends,
Please help me to raise money for the Heart Foundation as part of Hug For Hearts™.
please help me in making a diffrence by donating to hugs for heart. In 2006 my father passed away from heart disease and he is missed every day.this is just a little something that i would like to do for him. every little bit counts and your dontaion is very much appreciated xox
Instead of sending chocolates or flowers this Valentines Day, perhaps you might sponsor me to give you a hug (or kiss!) during Valentines Day week.

Heart Foundation
The Heart Foundation is Australia’s leading heart health charity working to fight cardiovascular disease (heart, stroke & blood vessel disease), which claims one Australian life nearly every ten minutes. The funds you raise will help the Heart Foundation fund critical research, education and community programs to help save lives and improve the health of all Australians.
How your fundraising helps:
- A donation of $100 will enable 20 people to speak to the Heart Foundation's professional heart health information service staff and receive heart health materials.
- A donation of $200 will enable the distribution of our latest heart disease management guide to over 100 health professionals, to provide the best possible care for heart patients.
- A donation of $500 will help us fund a world-class research project for two days.
